UMTBS, short for Universalnaya Modulnaya Transportno-Boevaya Sistema (romanized from умбтс or Универсальная модульная транспортно-боевая система ) is the russian equivalent of MOLLE. It roughly translates to universal modular military transport system and was introduced in 2004 in the form of the 6Sh112 vest made by Texinkom.
